A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your Personal Trainer I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through every workout.

When I first began my adventure with fitness I was anything but the picture of health. I was very overweight (306.8 lbs to be exact), struggled with body image and was generally unhealthy. I decided to do something about it and I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never looked back.

I did have multiple ups and downs, it took me years to make a decision and examine my life and lifestyle. Upon working on myself I found a passion in wanting to help others feel what I have felt and feel still - to be part of someone's successes. 

I am very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you feel good you feel emPOWERed in life.

For me a healthy lifestyle is much more that just lifting weights (although that's probably my favorite part). It's about stretching, warming up, eating a balanced diet, sleeping well and getting the rest your body deserves. I love helping others see what their bodies are capable of with hard work. We often underestimate what we are capable of and there's nothing more satisfying to me than to see the look on a client's face when they do something they never thought they could.

Personal Training was a natural progression for me, being 300lbs 5 years ago, losing over 100+ lbs and keeping it off has lead me to this path. Now I find joy in using my own experience and qualifications to help people just like you, and just like me.
