WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

There are many types of home fitness equipment available, but it's important to choose the right equipment for your specific goals. Whether you want to lose fat, improve muscle endurance, build strength or gain muscle mass, there are many options available. At Get EmPOWERed Fitness, I can work with you to determine the best types of equipment to suit your goals, your space and your budget.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

At Get EmPOWERed Fitness, I bring a unique perspective to personal training. I struggled with my weight my whole life, and 5 years ago I weighed 300 pounds. I know what it's like to be in the shoes of someone who is looking to make a change for the better. That's why I am dedicated to helping my clients transform their bodies and their lives. My approach is personalized and tailored to each individual's goals and needs, so that I can guide them towards their best selves.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

At Get EmPOWERed Fitness, I'm dedicated to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals. While I do not currently offer a nutritional program as part of my training process, I understand the importance of a well-rounded approach to fitness that includes both diet and exercise. In the near future, I plan on offering a nutritional program that will be available for an additional cost. Please keep an eye out for updates and feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
